Project Description
Healthpoint Hospital was founded in 2013 and is frequented by the likes of the Manchester City Football Club who state the hospital as there Official Regional Partner
We were requested to provide our controls to the 16 Air Handling Units serving the Hospital. The units were a range of different sizes and included Fan Walls, Electric Heater Batteries and Heat Recovery Blocks.
We designed and built a total of 24 iSmart Control Panels including a Thyristor panel for an electric coil of 170 kW.
Due to strict guidelines from the consultant on this project, we evolved our standard AHU software with intelligent energy recovery logic which allowed the system to perform to optimal levels in the Emirates climate while maintaining a minimum energy consumption.
